Project preview

In the project, we designed a full-service experience that guides users from “completely unaware of cancer screening” to “proactively scheduling a screening.”
Entire Team's Design Outcome: Service Design of CVS Experience
In 2025,
an estimated 2 million new cases of cancer will be diagnosed in the United States 618,120 people will die from the disease.
In Los Angeles
55.1% of adults in Los Angeles speak languages other than English at home.
Approximately 88% of cancer diagnoses occur in individuals aged 50 or older.
Zooming in, Koreantown in LA has a high rate of late-stage breast cancer. Only 54.7% of Korean women get screened.
